Osteopathy and your lifestyle


 

From the times of Hippocrates it’s well-known that problems with health arise as a result of mistakes in the lifestyle – in diet, motion activity, regimen of sleep and wake. And, as a rule, an individual knows better what he/she should do and what he/she shouldn’t do for it’s harmful. But in spite of knowing all this he/she still smokes, goes to bed at 3 o’clock in the night, eats fat food and doesn’t do bodily exercises. This “sins” surely lead to diseases. Sometimes (mostly, starting on Monday) morning exercises or diet comes into life but to the next month they vanish irrevocably.
