Intracranial hypertension.

Intracranial hypertension.

Recently a boy of 6 years was brought on reception to me. The child was born by cesarean section. In the early childhood to him was diagnosed dysplasia of hip joint. After osteopathic treatments it was removed. The boy complained of a restless dream and disturbing dreams within last month. During testing the restriction of mobility of the first chest spondyle and a pressure of a skull has been revealed. After osteopathic corrections of the first chest spondyle, the pressure in a head has passed. Next day the boy had frequent plentiful emiction. After that session the dream was adjusted, dreams ceased to disturb and the state of health and a tone have improved. Apparently the reason of restless night dreams of the boy was increase of pressure of a brain liquid, as a result of blocking a firm brain environment at a level of the first chest spondyle. In medicine in this case it is accepted to diagnose – the intracranial supertension. And neuropathologists usually register diuretic means. In this case by elimination of the reason of disease there was a same diuretic effect which testified a sharp outflow of a cranial liquid and normalization of cranial pressure.
